  • Yes, we have mats and props available for use, free of charge.

  • Yes, we offer several options for beginners. Gentle or slow flows, restorative classes, yin classes, happy hips & back, and hatha are all great places to start!

  • Our classes are warm, but not hot. The studio is heated to 20-25 degrees for your comfort and optimal safety and health.

  • Our teachers are trained professionals and will happily assist you in providing safe modifications for any pose. Check with your health care provider and above all else, listen to your body.
