our teaching family

  • Jessica Pyper

Jess’ classes tend to be on the spicier side. Teaching from the heart, she likes to challenge her students mentally and physically; incorporating themes of overcoming fears and limiting self beliefs, gratitude, and self acceptance. She always ends her classes with a long restful savasana.

  • ALANA JUNG

Alana’s classes incorporate elements of meditation, restorative and yin yoga, core straightening, myofascial release and more, all integrated into a juicy flow fusion.

  • LISA EWAN

Lisa likes to teach a slower paced practice with mindful and intentional movement that creates a deep sense of embodiment by exploring and balancing physical effort with ease. And let’s have some fun while doing it!

  • ASHLEY GHARLAY

Ashley teaches a variety of classes with a focus on restorative and slow flow practices. Her classes weave gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to cultivate moments of ease.

  • Eva Bute

Ieva loves teaching both dynamic and meditative classes. The more active flows allow her to explore her creativity while the softer, more reflective practices allow her to hold space for others in this busy world. There’s something deeply rewarding about witnessing people slow down, connect inward, and experience transformation through stillness.

  • Natasha Boulet

Natasha likes to teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes; devotional practices that blend the steadiness of traditional asana and breathwork with dynamic flow.

  • Isobel Freeman

Isobel loves to teach light friendly flow classes to relax, restore and refresh. Her classes are a blend of Hatha and Zen yoga, Somatics and Seasonal Qi Gong.

  • Jocelyn Gallant

Jocelyn’s teaching style is grounding, calming, and supportive; designed to build strength, awareness, and resilience from the inside out. She offers an inclusive space for all levels, all bodies, and all experiences, with a focus on honouring each person's unique journey.

  • Nicole Duvent

Nicole teaches breath work, meditation and uses sound therapy to regulate the nervous system and bring balance and deep relaxation.

  • Adelle Leonard

Drawing from a variety of yoga lineages, Adelle teaches yoga and meditation in a way that is alive, responsive, and rooted in real life. Sometimes soft and slow, sometimes strong and fluid, her classes are shaped intuitively by the energy in the space and the people who gather there.

  • Mary Lagos

Rooted in compassion and mindfulness, Mary sets the tone for her class to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and reconnect to inner calm. Her Hatha and Yin yoga classes offer a soft landing for restoration and renewal.

  • Katie MacGregor

Katie’s teaching invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body and breath. Drawing from her background as a sports medicine physician, she weaves together somatic principles, mindfulness, pranayama breathwork, intuitive assists and anatomy informed movement.  Her classes encourage nervous system regulation, embodied awareness and aligned movement.

  • Louise Schnabl

Louise teaches from the belief that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to movement or healing. Her classes are equal parts thoughtful and challenging. Rooted in anatomy, delivered with intention, and always grounded in the reality of everyday life. She’s here to help you build a practice that’s sustainable, not performative; and to remind you that strength, softness, and sweat can all exist in the same breath.
